Officials of 34 organizations from 87 states have been registered to monitor the upcoming presidential polls in Azerbaijan, as stated by Mazakhir Panakhov, head of the CEC, today, Trend reports.
4590 observers have been registered at the CEC and 29,124 at district polling stations. 1012 foreign observers will be registered in total.
