Major-General Yevgeny Burdinsky of the Russian General Staff said that young people from Tajikistan and Turkmenistan with Russian citizenship will not fall under the draft of autumn 2013, RIA Novosti reports.
They will be free from service due to treaties signed with Turkmenistan and Tajikistan.
Over 150,000 young conscripts will join the army in Russia in autumn 2013.
