Russia plans to make 8 space flights from Baikonur, 4 from Plesetsk, 1 from Kourou (French Guiana) and one from Dombarovsky District by the end of the year, RIA Novosti reports.
The Meteor-M N2 satellite launch was postponed until early 2014.
