The mission of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) to monitor the coming presidential elections in Azerbaijan has been formed, Azerbaijani news agency Trend reports.
276 observers will take part in the mission. They represent Belarus, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, the Parliamentary Assembly of the CIS, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Russia and Belarus and the CIS Executive Committee.
