The Commander of the Naval Forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps, Counter Admiral Ali Fadavi, and the Commander of the Iraqi Naval Forces, Vice Admiral Ali Hussain Ali, signed a memorandum today saying that the two nations are going to enhance mutual ties in the sphere of defense.
According to the document, the parties will exchange their experience, launch joint education programmes and cooperate in the sphere of the defense industry.
