Dagestani President Ramazan Abdulatipov has sent a message to the Dagestani community in Azerbaijan to vote for Ilham Aliyev at the presidential polls of October 9, 2013.
He reminded that thousands of Dagestanis were living in Azerbaijan, the two republics had an agreement to cooperate in trade, science and culture, they had joint economic and cultural programs.
Abdulatipov said that Aliyev had been at power for 10 years and called him an authority in the eyes of his citizens and Russian society.
