Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has signed a decree to regulate prices during the 12th Winter Olympic and 11th Paralympic Games in Sochi in 2014, RIA Novosti reports.
The decree affects prices for plane and train tickets in the Krasnodar Territory, including taxis and laundries.
The Russian Transportation Ministry was ordered to sign an agreement with air and railway transportation companies before October 31, 2013, to keep prices for freighting and passenger tickets without changes.
