Russia's permanent representative to the UN, Vitaly Churkin, said today that the report by UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon on implementation of the Security Council resolution on Syria would be submitted next Monday, October 7.
"The inspectors have arrived at the scene. They have arrived in Damascus and started their work on October 1. At the moment we expect, according to the resolution, the Secretary-General's report to be presented on October 7, in which he will outline his vision of the role that the UN is to play in this process," RIA Novosti quoted Churkin.
