Russia has established flexible conditions for migration, the head of the Federal Service of Migration, Konstantin Romodanovsky, believes.
The status of 3.5 million migrants has been legalized in the last three years, he said. This has brought 16.2 billion roubles to the state.
"People who wanted to legalize their status in Russia were given such an opportunity. At the same time, those who violate Russian migration regulations were deported from the Russian Federation," the official says.
