A PACE delegation of 32 members of parliament of Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Armenia, Moldova, Georgia, Belarus and the European Parliament has arrived in Baku, Trend reports.
Robert Walter (UK) heads the delegation. The PACE officials will pass the final report of observers of the Azerbaijani presidential polls.
