Russian experts will meet at Interfax in Moscow (1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya Street, 2) at 12.30 pm on October 10 to discuss the presidential polls in Azerbaijan.
The talks will be attended by Igor Ivanov, a member of the board of the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC), ex-Minister of Foreign Affairs; Andrey Kortunov, Director General of the RIAC; Alexander Dzasokhov, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador, deputy head of the Russian commission for the UNESCO affairs; Andrey Kokoshin, Dean of the Faculty for World Policy of the MSU; Anatoly Torkunov, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador, Rector of MGIMO; Ismail Agakishiyev, an MSU docent, Director General of Vestnik Kavkaza; Alan Kasayev, deputy head of the subdepartment for journalism mastery of the MSLU; Alexey Vlasov, Editor-in-Chief of Vestnik Kavkaza.
