Candidate for Georgian president Margvelashvili vows improved relations with Russia

Georgy Margvelashvili, a member of the Georgian Dream coalition campaigning to become president of Georgia, plans to initiate a rational dialogue with Russia if elected, but will not recognize Abkhazia and South Ossetia as independent states, RIA Novosti reports.
