Ilham Aliyev congratulates Vladimir Putin on his birthday

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has congratulated the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin on his birthday.

In the message to Vladimir Putin, Ilham Aliyev stated that he highly appreciate Putin's personal contribution in the strengthening of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Russia. "Today, the centuries-old ties of friendship and good neighborliness, cooperation and strategic partnership between our two countries fully develop and expand," the message reads, AzerTag reports.
