Russian President Vladimir Putin said after the APEC summit today that a visa regime for CIS member-states would only push states away from each other, RIA Novosti reports.
Putin noted that the Russian market needed occupation of workplaces neglected by locals. He added that migrants should know the Russian language, culture and also respect Russian laws and traditions.
