Azerbaijani MP Fuad Muradov and GUAM Secretary General Valery Chechelashvili signed a cooperation memorandum bewteen GUAM and the Silk Road Youth Association today, Interfax-Azerbaijan reports.
Muradov said that similar documents had been signed with the UNESCO and 10 other international organizations.
Chechelashvili noted that GUAM was founded by Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukraine and Moldova on the basis of friendship and partnership. The document with the youth organization was signed within the framework of the GUAM+ format.
