Head of CIS observers to monitor Azerbaijani elections personally

The head of the group of observers from the CIS member states, Sergey Lebedev, will personally take part in the monitoring process during the Azerbaijani presidential elections. After visiting several polling stations he will host a press conference.

The presidential elections are going to be held in Azerbaijan tomorrow on October 9th.
