The Presidents of the North Caucasus republics need to change their function's titles, Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov claimed, reports Interfax. Kadyrov considers that in Russia only the country's leader should be titled “president”. The presidents of Kabardino-Balkaria, Ingushetia and Dagestan agreed with him, Kadyrov adds. He has already appealed to the Chechen parliament to change the title of the post, as did the president of Ingushetia, Yunus-Bek Yevkurov.
