British Foreign Secretary William Hague said that the UK may re-open its Embassy in Tehran and Iran may open its Embassy in London, BBC reports.
Hague told the parliament that the two states plan to start the process by appointing a charge d'affaires. The foreign secretary added that new Iranian President Hassan Rouhani had improved bilateral dialogue, but it was not enough to lift economic sanctions, and the nuclear program needed more adjustments.
Relations between the two states aggravated in 2011.
