Polad Bulbulogly, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Russia, called the presidential polls a remarkable and joyful day. He noted that the Azerbaijani Embassy in Russia was contacting the CEC and had a special commission in Moscow.
The ambassador said that there was no need for agitation because the achievements of Azerbaijan, a country elected as a temporary member of the UNSC and an advanced regional state, spoke for themselves.
Bulbulogly reminded that new jobs were opening up in Azerbaijan, and that wages, pensions and scholarships growing.
Commenting on the turnout, the ambassador said that over 200 people had voted at the embassy.
