Georgian foreign minister visits Austria

Georgian Foreign Minister Maya Panjikidze will visit Austria on October 9-10 to meet OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier and local authorities and describe the situation in South Ossetia and Abkhazia, News Georgia reports. Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister David Zalkaliani said earlier that Panjikidze will give detailed information about the breakaway republics at a meeting with OSCE ambassadors. She will also report on European and Euro-Atlantic integration, reforms, democratic progress, preparation for the presidential polls of late October. Panjikidze will also visit Slovakia on October 10 to meet Miroslav Lajcak and Qatar on October 12.
