Claude Moniquet, head of the European Strategic Intelligence and Security Center (ESISC), said that the presidential polls of Azerbaijan were maximally transparent and met international standards.
According to preliminary polling results, Ilham Aliyev got 2,282,936 votes or 84.73%.
