A second group of 14 chemical specialists went to Damascus yesterday, RIA Novosti reports.
Ahmet Uzumcu, head of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), said that the second group had 12 members.
A group of 33 experts from Russia, US, UK, Czech Republic, Uzbekistan, China, Canada, Netherlands, Tunisia arrived in Syria yesterday. 19 of them belong to the OPCW, the rest to the UN.
The OPCW approved the plan for utilization of Syrian chemical weapons on September 27. The experts will visit chemical facilities for 30 days.
