Francisco Rosales Arguello, President of the Constitutional Court of Nicaragua and an observer of the Azerbaijani presidential poll, said that the presidential elections were democratic and transparent and no violations were registered.
The observer pointed out a new technical achievement demonstrated at the elections: a lamp to check whether a person voted or not. Arguello expressed astonishment with the machine.
