Sergey Lebedev, Executive Secretary of the CIS, said after a meeting with recently re-elected Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev today that Azerbaijan will remain an active CIS member, RIA Novosti reports.
Lebedev added that he congratulated Aliyev on winning the elections on behalf of the CIS and wished him success.
