Turkey vows Armenia dialogue only after withdrawal from occupied territories

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said at a meeting with his Swiss counterpart that Turkey will start a dialogue with Armenia only if it leaves the occupied territories of Azerbaijan. Such talks would be parallel to Armenian-Azerbaijani negotiations, Trend reports.

Davutoglu and his Armenian counterpart Edward Nalbandian signed protocols on normalization of bilateral relations at a meeting in Zurich on October 10, 2009. The protocols still require ratification.
