The Secretary General of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), Lamberto Zanier, has congratulated Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on his re-election, RIA Novosti reports.
The body's Chairman-in-Office, Ukraine's Foreign Minister Leonid Kozhara, has also congratuled the Azerbaijani president and stressed the country's progress in the sphere of democracy.
