The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Catherine Ashton, declared that the Union is disturbed by the installation of Russian missile guidance complex C-300 on the Abkhaz territory.
According to Ms Ashton, Russia violates its international obligations imposed by the agreement of August, 12 2008, while the C-300 does not contribute to the stability of the region. The EU still stands for the sovereignty and integrity of Georgia.
