Azerbaijani President pardons former Minister of Economic Development

The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev signed a decree today pardoning the former minister of Economic Development, Farhad Aliyev as well as the former chairman of the board of directors of "Azpetrol," Rafiq Aliyev, Trend reports. Former officials as well as a number of other convicts were pardonned on the occasion of the celebration of Kurban Bayram.
