Fingerprinting may become obligatory for migrants in Russia

 

Oleg Nilov, a Russian member of parliament of the A Fair Russia Party, introduced the bill on obligatory fingerprinting for migrants in 2015, RIA Novosti reports.According to the documents, migrants entering and leaving Russia will have their fingerprints taken. The procedure was provoked by reports of crimes committed by migrants.
