Constantine Romodanovsky, head of the Russian Federal Migration Service, said that a visa regime will not be imposed on CIS members until 2015, news.am reports.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has spoken out against implementation of a visa regime for CIS members, otherwise they would turn away from Russia.
