Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will visit Moscow in late autumn and meet Russian President Vladimir Putin, said Deputy Foreign Minister Alexey Meshkov, RIA Novosti reports.
Putin visited Turkey in December 2012 and attended the third session of the Council for Top Level Cooperation chaired by Erdogan. They confirmed readiness for further development of relations, the deputy minister said.
Meshkov reminded that Russia was building the Akkuyu nuclear power plant and realizing the South Stream project. Russia and Turkey had an intensive dialogue on Syria, he noted.
