The commission for studying the 2008 war formed by the Georgian Defense Ministry will publish a report in a few months, Defense Minister Irakly Alasania said, News Georgia reports.
Over 600 interviews and questionings have been carried out, but the problem needed extra analyses. The evaluation will be composed in the tactical, operative and strategic aspects to improve Georgian defenses. Part of the report will be published. The document will include analysis of events in 2008 and the 1990s.
The commission was formed in June 2013. It consists of military authorities and officials of various state structures.
