Violation of the cease-fire regime by Armenia has caused postponement of OSCE monitoring of the Armenian-Azerbaijani contact line at Ashagy Seyidahmedli (Fizuli District, Azerbaijan).
Personal representative of the OSCE chairman Andrzej Kasprzyk and field assistant Yevgeny Sharov were to monitor the Azerbaijani side. Field assistants Christo Christov and Irzhi Aberle and head of financial administration Peter Swedberg were to monitor the Armenian side.
