It's hard to say who will replace Ivanishvili, expert believes

Last week Georgian Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili said that he would announce the name of his successor after the presidential elections. The remarks immediately became a target of vehement criticism as only the parliament has the right to appoint a head of the cabinet.

Vestnik Kavkaza discussed the situation with Georgian political analyst Iosif Tsiskarishvili.

According to the expert, it's hard to say who Ivanishvili's successor will be. The whole situation is very vague, he says, adding that perhaps Ivanishvili will appoint someone really young as his protégé.
