Grand Mufti of the Caucasus Sheikh ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazadeh will visit Ufa today, the Caucasus Muslims Administration reports.
The visit was organized within the framework of the ‘Islam and state in Russia’ conference due to open in Bashkiria on October 27. The conference marks the 225th anniversary of the Central Spiritual Administration of Russian Muslims. Pashazadeh will meet Supreme Mufti Talgat Tajuddin, head of the center, congratulate him on his 65th birthday and attend the conference.
