Speaker of Iranian Parliament claims that US proposal to start talks is outrageous

Iran has no intention of starting talks with the USA, said the Iranian parliamentary speaker, Ali Larijani, Trend cites Iranian news agency IRIB.

"The US proposal to start talks after the series of sanctions imposed on Iran is outrageous", claimed Larijani.
