The socio-economic development program of the Krasnodar Territory that will run until 2017 will need 300 billion rubles, said Governor Alexander Tkachyov at a meeting with heads of municipalities in Armavir on October 21, Yuga.ru reports.
Small and medium-scale businesses are the main boosters of municipalities, he noted. Those businesses in Armavir own 15% of industry, over 60% of construction and over 80% of retail trade turnover, which totals about 5 billion rubles.
Stimulation of small and medium-scale business includes road maps for development of municipalities. All programs have undergone public hearings. Parts of them have been approved. They will affect the formation of municipal budgets in the next few years.
