The head of the Dagestani Republic, Ramazan Abdulatipov, has expressed his condolences to the families of those who died as a result of the recent terrorist attack in Volgograd, the leader's press service reports.
The Dagestani leader also condemned the attack and the person who committed it.
According to Abdulatipov such people have no affiliation whatsoever, neither religious nor national. "Such people have no moral values," he said.
The terrorist attack in Volgograd was launched by suicide bomber Naida Asyailova, who was the wife of another Dagestani militant.
