Yevgeny Minchenko: Onishchenko will be given a car, an office and an opportunity to relax

It has become known that the head of Rospotrebnadzor, Gennady Onishchenko, will soon officially resign from his office.From now on he will hold the office of an assistant to the Prime Minister. Vestnik Kavkaza talked about this recent development with the director of the International Institute of Political Expertise, Yevgeny Minchenko.
The expert said that the new appointment of Onishchenko should be considered as a downgrading, since advisors have no political authority. He said that as an advisor Onishchenko will be given a car, an office and an opportunity to relax.

Commenting on the work of Onishchenko as head of Epidemiology, Minchenko said that "Onishchenko was a tool, therefore he did what he was told to do."

Minchenko believes that the resignation of the head of Epidemiological Services is related to his personal conflict with Golodets and his excessive attention to the interests of certain business groups.
According to the expert the resignation of Gennady Onishchenko will not change the work of Rospotrebnadzor in any significant way.
