The Russian government has proposed the ratification of the Russia-Kazakh agreement on formation of a common regional system of air defenses, Interfax reports.
The document was signed during a meeting of Russian and Kazakh Defense Ministers Sergey Shoygu and Adilbek Jaksybekov on January 30, 2013. The sides will exchange secret information on air defenses.
