The press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry reported that the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Elmar Mammadyarov will give a speech at the UN Security Council.
Earlier, Foreign Minister has left for New York to attend a high-level meeting to be held as part of the Mission of Azerbaijan at the UN Security Council on "Strengthening the cooperation between the UN and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation," Novosti Azerbaijan reports.
