Iran develops rocket carrier

Iran is developing the Simurg rocket carrier, said Doctor Khamid Fazeli, President of the Iranian Space Agency (ISA). He emphasized that the Zafar, At-Sat, Amir Kabir and Tolu satellites will be sent into space using the carrier, IRNA reports.The project and launch of the satellites are part of the goals of the Defense Industry Organization of the Iranian Defense Ministry.The official noted that Zafar was created at the Elm va Sanat University and launched in 2012.
