Assad orders mass amnesty

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has ordered a mass amnesty, the country's state-run media report.

 

All people, who committed their crimes before October 29th, will be able to be released from prison, according to the document signed by the Syrian president, RIA Novosti reports. 

 

That will be the second mass amnesty within six months.
