Vladimir Putin named the most powerful man in the world by Forbes

Russian President Vladimir Putin has been named the most powerful man in the world by the Forbes magazine. US President Barack Obama has been named the second most powerful man and Chinese leader Xi Jinping the third. 

Another Russian politician, head of the state-owned Rosneft oil company Igor Sechin has taken the 60th place in the list.
