The parliament of Kabardino-Balkaria has unanimously voted to appoint Constantine Khramov as the Prime Minister of the Republic, ITAR-TASS reports.
The official said that he had experience in forming technological parks, attracting investments, modernizing economy.
Kabardino-Balkarian Leader Arsen Kanokov introduced Khramov for the post earlier this morning.
