Alexander Khloponin, Russian Vice Prime Minister and Plenipotentiary Presidential Envoy to the NCFD, met Vladimir Vladimirov, acting Governor of the Stavropol Territory, yesterday, Yuga.ru reports.
The sides discussed the socio-economic development of the region. Khloponin handed documents on status of the acting governor to Vladimirov.
The envoy visited the North Caucasus State University, and met its Rector Alina Levitskaya and students.
