Turkish Vice Prime Minister Besir Atalay said today that Turkey needed a new Constitution to protect freedom and interests of all citizens, Trend reports.
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan sent a letter to leaders of the National Republican Party and the National Movement Party in late October 2011 to take part in talks about a new Constitution.
