Artavazd Arutunyan has been appointed as Armenian's new judge advocate, Azerbaijani news agency Trend reports.
The corresponding document has been signed by the country's President Serzh Sargsyan. Former judge advocate Gevorg Kostanyan has been appointed prosecutor general. He will now replace Agvan Ovselyan.
