Georgia's President Mikheil Saakashvili said that he will not attend the Vilnius summit of the Eastern Partnership, although he had stated otherwise yesterday, Trend reports.
The Georgian delegation at the summit will consist of 8 people. The full list of its members has not been confirmed yet.
