Putin presents agreement on joint air-defenses with Kazakhstan for ratification

Russian President Vladimir Putin has introduced an agreement on the formation of a common regional air-defense system with Kazakhstan for ratification at the Russian parliament. The document will be presented by Deputy Defense Minister Nikolai Pankov.Russia and Kazakhstan will exchange classified information on air defenses.The agreement was signed by Russian and Kazakh Defense Ministers Sergey Shoygu and Adilbek Jaksybekov on January 30, 2013.
